No obvious choice for "Programming language" for artwork projects

Bug Description

When registering a new project, you are asked what programming language it uses. We don't currently use this information anywhere (see bug 2630), but it may help in weeding out non-software projects.

However, it also leaves no obvious option for icon themes and other software-related artwork.

One way to fix this would be to remove the programming language field. Another would be to provide a specific option for images. Another would be to give guidance in the caption for the programming language field.

[Discovered during user testing.]
