The Bugzilla external bug tracker is too restrictive with remote bug ids.

Bug Description
The nightly checkwatches run shows the problem:
09:58:07 INFO Updating 48 watches on https:/
09:58:15 WARNING Invalid bug u'MONO79706' on https:/
09:58:15 WARNING Invalid bug u'MONO81517' on https:/
However, in the Novell Bugzilla these MONO* bug ids are valid. The assumption we have made about bug ids always being numeric is no longer good, so we should change or remove it. This form of bug ids might be a new feature in Bugzilla, or one we weren't previously aware of, so perhaps there is a different pattern we can check for.

Note that MONO79706 and MONO81517 are not bug IDs -- they are bug nicknames and the relevant bugs have normal numeric bug IDs.
If we are scanning statuses via buglist.cgi, we probably won't be able to identify which result refers to the nickname which could be a problem ...
