Bug Description
When trying to report a crash Apport says it was a duplicate of
https:/
However this URL leads to a "this page does not exist".
Sidenote: the title says: hud-service crashed with SIGSEGV in malloc_
This is on a fully upgraded 16.04. HWE kernel 4.13.0-26.

That bug exists, it's just private (as are apport-reported bugs by default).
