Can't tell what was searched for when 'no open bugs' is shown

Bug Description

From the main bug page for a project there is a link "0 bugs fixed elsewhere", which lists bugs with field.status_upstream=resolved_upstream. When clicking on it, it says,

There are currently no open bugs.

When it should be saying something like,

There are currently no bugs resolved upstream.

I tested the patch in #1, and found it causes several tests to break. I think it's not as easy as just changing the text since this shows up as the result of several different kinds of searches and only in some of those results would this patch make sense.

So the general case is 'no open bugs' really means 'no bugs that you can see in this context matching your search parameters' which is very hard to special case :(.

I think something that showed the search criteria in place - using facet style search - would address this nicely.

e.g.

searching in <launchpad> for bugs that are <open> <resolved upstream> ...

and you could remove a facet / add new facets. There are a lot of things related to this, but this isn't a dupe, so I'm just going to tag it up and move on :)
