activity log doesn't display unsubscribe events

Bug Description

Hi,

as I've recieved a bug mail today via ubuntu-universe-sponsors (a team that shouldn't get subscribed to bug reports ever) for bug #4883, I wanted to eventually unsubscribe this team and tell the person who had subscribed it which team to subscribe instead. However the newer comments seem to indicate that someone unsubscribed the team, however I couldn't find out who it was.
