Bug Description
It could possibly be useful to be able to convert code that's been included in a comment into a patch attachment. I'm not sure yet how often this would be used, but there are reports of people adding small patches for instance inline with a comment. One idea could be to mark comments as patches, but kiko tells me this may not be possible.
