List of commits in MP disappears after merge

Bug Description
After a MP has been merged, the diff is retained but the list of commits that it contained is no longer present. It would be helpful for people using Launchpad to see what was going on in the past if they remained present.
(This has been seen with git, specifically.)

Bazaar-based MPs behave the same way. At the moment the list of commits in question is presented as "Unmerged revisions" (bzr) or "Unmerged commits" (git). While I can see the argument for freezing the list in the same way that we freeze the diff, we'd also have to think about how to present it post-merge to avoid confusion.
