Bug Description
<Laney> perl-base | 5.24.1-3ubuntu1 | artful | amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x
<Laney> perl-base | 5.24.1-4ubuntu1 | artful-proposed | s390x
We have unfortunate condition right now.
perl:s390x built and published before perl:amd64, making it uninstallable - and thus failing all the builds on s390x.
It would be nice if we could somehow queue up publication to either have arch:all publish first, and the rest of builds waiting on it.
Or e.g. wait for all builds for a given package to complete (or fail) before publishing all successful builds for a given src package together.
Is it possible to somehow keep the builds gated in +queue without Publishing them into -proposed? Something like that.
build arch:all on the fastest builder? (s390x)
