Bug Description
Waiting for approval emails should enable one to self reject misdirected uploads.
E.g.:
Upload Warnings:
Redirecting ubuntu xenial to ubuntu xenial-proposed.
This upload awaits approval by a distro manager
Should be extended with:
If this upload was made in error, you may reject this upload by clicking https:/
