BugWatch fails to retrieve bug from GitHub

Hi,

While updating LP bug:1695098, I accidentally referenced a GitHub issue. externalbugtracker picked that up and tried to retrieve the linked issue but failed as follows:

As advised by William, I had a look on loganberry and made sure it was using the proxy for HTTPS requests and I even looked at the proxy logs with nothing really interesting except that connections were being made:

I'm not sure what else I could provide.
