Bug Description
The apport retracing service for Launchpad bug reports has started to regularly receive timeouts and OOPSes from Launchpad.

For what it is worth, the first one I've seen is from May 27th.
It looks like other clients are affected too, this OOPS is from the Server Team CI bot.
