Bug Description
I'm seeing oops at OOPS-22167f54777fabf3361afabbffb9ead3 [1]
for a merge proposal I did [2].
One thing that might be causing this is that I was ammending another
merge proposal by someone else [3].
I changed the author's name in my ammended commit to fix capitalization
in the author name.
