Bug Description

The linux kernel bug tracker generates for the bug 194763 (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/1679823) the url:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/194763

This is not valid any more and leads to a 404 error.

The corrected url should be: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=194763
