Bug Description
1. Ask a question.
2. Wait 13 days.
3. Update the question description.
4. Wait another 2 days.
What happens: The question expires “because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days”.
what should happen: The question does not expire until 15 days after description was edited, because that counts as activity.
Not to be confused with bug 1017297, where comments don’t count as activity in some cases.
