Bug Description
The admin's of the "Ubuntu Kurdish Translation Team" (https:/
are all inactive, and any attempt to contact them has failed (no response within 1 month).
Is it possible to become member of this team _without_ admin approval?
I would like to translate Ubuntu into Kurdish, but for many projects I need to be the member of this team.
