Bug Description
The owner/admins of a LP team should receive notices when members are up for renewal. Currently, when someone's membership is about to expire, the member receives a notice that either provides a link to renew themselves, or invites them to contact the admin to request renewal.
It would be very helpful for the admins to also receive these notices on CC or as a separate notice, so that we know who is up for renewal when they do and can ping / gently nudge them to renew if they have not paid attention.
My use case is that I own several private teams and each one has several members. Sometimes those members may ignore an email and then be deactivated automatically. I'd like to get an email warning of people about to expire so I can contact them to make sure they intend to let the membership go.
