Launchpad should offer a bzr+http smart server

Bug Description
It would be nice to be able to use bzr+http to access Launchpad branches. At the moment, it seems as if it's not possible.
jml@rhino:~$ bzr branch bzr+http://

I expected the first command to behave like the second.
