Clarify Licence

Minor nitpick on the legal text for Rosetta:

I suggest we clarify who is "their" in "under their licence": is it Canonical's licence, or the software's?

Is this bug still relevant? Does the BSD license changes allow us to close this bug?

I'm not sure if this legal text is still around Rosetta. I can't find it right now at least.

If it isn't, I imagine this could be fixed, as the BSD changes would cover it.

There are a few bits left to be done regarding the licensing, but they are all sufficiently covered by other blueprints. This bug can now be considered 'fix released'.
