Bug Description
Launchpad lets you register a release of a project, but it doesn't help you compile the list of bugs that were fixed in that release -- for example, if you want to issue release notes.
One first step in doing this would be to allow searching for bugs that were fixed between particular dates.
In the advanced search form, this might look something like:
Find reports that were [Fixed :^]
between: [____-__-__][#]
and: (*) [____-__-__][#] ( ) Now
(The first menu might eventually also include "reported", bug 46025.)

This porblem has diminished since the release is just a state of the milestone. This feature is needed when a milestone is created after the bugs are fixed and the user want to link them. Searching by date range would be valuable in may cases for release managers.
