I'm happy to hear you say that.

One part of that plan needs to be how existing fix committed bugs are to be handled. I suppose it is best to bump them back to in-progress, or perhaps to just block new bugs going into that state.

mp's give a much better and more nuanced view of how far the bug is from being started to finally fixed.
