Bug Description
Having seen this:

I thought I'd give the "new package picker" a quick try, so I went to report a new bug for Ubunto and clicked to choose a package.
As a test, I entered the words "network manager" and I got no results!!
That's pathetic.
Let's say I'm looking for "lib-dom-java" (may be a stupid example but I guess you get the idea) and I don't remember exactly whether it was called "lib-java-dom", "java-lib-dom" etc: having to try all the possibilities is a pain in the arse.
