Bug Description

I just received a mail containing the following information:

The bug report itself as stated in the link above was terribly abused for spam. Now my question:

- The most important: PLEASE REVERT THIS TO THE ORIGINAL
- The history is incomplete, it doesn't show any change
- Does the incomplete history mean that someone hijacked a privileged/admin account?
- The quoted mail above shows rajni_kant66 which is probably the user (spam account)
- Or did someone hijack my own account? Just for case, I just changed my password. But the old one was a safe random one, so that bruteforcing is not easy.

Taking your points in order as the easiest way to respond:

 - I don't have the original text so unfortunately can't revert it. Hopefully somebody who does will do so. In the meantime I've at least set it to relatively innocuous text.
 - Questions unfortunately don't have sensible history, unlike bugs. So there's no account hijacking involved or anything, just the questions system being a bit subpar.
 - The account in question has been suspended.
 - We have closed the loophole which the spammers used to gain edit privileges, so this shouldn't happen again.
