Registrant too prominent, confused with maintainer

The most prominent name on the project page is the registrant, who is the person who filled in the form and not necessarily associated at all with the project. This confuses people, as they are almost certainly interested in contacting the maintainers or driver.

I'd suggest dropping it altogether from the rendered project page, as it is just historical noise and ads no useful information.
