links to git branches aren't link-ified in MP comments

Bug Description
If I write:
lp:~thomir/launchpad/devel-add-gpg-noshow-ff
In a merge proposal comment, launchpad will turn that into a link to the appropriate branch page (possibly in other places as well).
However, if I write:
lp:~thomir/gpgservice/+git/dependencies
The link isn't created:
* The text is given a grey font colour
* A text has a tooltip that says: 'No such branch: +git'.
We should either simply not create links for git branches, or do it correctly.
