Bug Description
I try to access this Launchpad page for several days :https:/
But all the time i get a server timeout:
" Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad. We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

For that reason is impossible to finish the translation of ScholTool to Portuguese :( .
