clicking a tab on a search results page expected to show that facet of the search

Bug Description

Mario Limonciello (superm1) reports:

The results page of a search for e.g. packages <http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+search?text=lirc> shows Overview/Code/Bugs/etc tabs, above a list of matching packages. You'd expect clicking 'bugs' would show you the same object (the search result) but looking at its bugs - ie a list of ubuntu bugs matching 'lirc'. However, it actually just takes you to http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/. The same thing happens on many search result pages and many other pages.

This would be helpful, but it would also be inconsistent with the way the tabs (will eventually) work everywhere else.

Instead, I suggest having explicit application links in each search result, e.g.:
------
* _lirc_ (_2 branches_, _18 open bugs_)
* _mythbuntu-lirc-generator_ (_4 open bugs_, _1 open question_)
------

Changed in launchpad:
