Create link for Question # to that Launchpad Answer page

When asking a question or commenting in Launchpad Answers, if I reference a bug in a Launchpad project, (e.g., Bug #1 ), that bug reference is displayed as a link that takes you directly to the page for the bug.

Launchpad Answers however does not automatically create a link for a reference to another question (e.g., Question #1).

Just like with Launchpad Bugs, one does not need to know the project the question is listed under, as the format for a link to a question can be:
  https://answers.launchpad.net/questions/1
which gives an HTTP 302 to the correct page in Launchpad Answers for Question #1.

This topic was originally discussed in Question #15107 ( https://answers.launchpad.net/questions/15107 ) and there was feedback showing a terminology issue. Lets say the question has been answered. Is it Question #1, or is it Answer #1 ? (Or should both be supported? )

I would suggest supporting both formats: question 1 and answer 1.
