ask 'how did you find out about Launchpad?' at registration

We don't know enough about why people come to Launchpad, and
they're sometimes unsure whether non-Ubuntu projects can
use Launchpad.

Maybe the forms for registering a new project or user should have a
(clearly optional) form field asking how people came to Launchpad -
through Ubuntu, some other project, etc...

If we still want to implement this, we'd have to either ask the question on login.launchpad.net (when the user registers a new account) or at launchpad.net/+openid-callback, when we get an unseen identity URL from the OpenID Provider.
