Bug Description
In addition to the (permalink) link which is assigned to every comment to a bug, WIBNI there was also an <a name="#comment14"> anchor so you could permalink to the comment within the bug page itself, instead of on a separate page where the comment is only visible on its own, without context (other than the title of the bug).
For added bonus, add a syntax for linking directly, something like bug #157533:1 for linking to the first comment to bug #157533 perhaps, for example?
