Bug Description

If a user submits a question to launchpad-answers with a 0 length title (I'm unsure if this will be accepted) or with a space (is accepted), no link is given in the users profile or on the main answers.launchpad.net page.

An example was https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/16054 (I have since changed the summary to contain some text)
