Bug Description
This is a minor bug.
In user preferences, during select time zone section, If you want to select the indian time zone you will notice that Indian city "Kolkata" is missing, instead its old name "Calcutta" is shown.
"Culcutta is the old name of the city, since then the name of the city has been changed, and the current name of city is "Kolkata"

Launchpad uses the pytz module to build the list of timezone names, so this bug has been added to that project.
