Bug Description
Trying to access the list of unofficial Ubuntu mirrors consistently results in a "Timeout Error" and an oops, for example OOPS-ce9c93e1425362c3eab52fc8ebc176a1 or OOPS-9a66e970a249d39a77626286e1ee24aa.
