project cloud color scheme not explained

Bug Description

The project cloud from edge launchpad (https://code.edge.launchpad.net/+project-cloud) needs more information on the differences between the blue and green colors. The help tag (which is hard-to-see and hard-to-read btw) says: "The colour of the tag in the cloud is determined by how recent the last commit to any active branch is."

So is green more active, or blue? How long till it changes color?
