Thanks for reporting this. I'd tested this successfully on lcy01-* builders, but it looks as though the lgw01-* images are out of date. I'll investigate this with our sysadmins.

We finally sorted this out - there were some old stale builder images hanging around that didn't have git-build-recipe installed. After purging those I've been able to get a successful recipe build on lgw01 builders as well as the previous success on lcy01.
