Bug Description
The following comment appears in lib/lp/
XXX: This section should be split into four different sections, one for each command ... -- Bjorn Tillenius, 2006-04-06
The addition of another command (milestone) means that this doctest section is getting even bigger. It's hard to follow and is not easy to use as reference so we should split this out into sections as Bjorn suggests.
The split of tests is located at lib/lp/

I think this test should be deleted. It is an integration test that overlaps with tests in lp/bugs/mail/tests and lp/services/mail. All the commands have unit tests; I do not think we need to test the commands again. The doctest appears to be verifying process behaviours that are not in lp.bugs's code.
