Bug Description
Bugs reported on a specific release of a Linux distribution are intended to be used for the purpose of things like backport fixes (be it for security bugs, critical data loss bugs, or possibility other specific kinds of fixes.)
If you look at:
https:/
you can see distrorelease bug reports for which there is probably no good reason for them to be filed on specific releases.
This appears to indicate that Malone is not making it clear enough that DR tasks are for backport fixes. Fixing this might also involve a bit of redesign of how we present distro tasks.
