Bug Description
If you try to report a bug in a project that doesn't use malone, and that isn't linked to any package in a distribution, such as:
https:/
you will see:
"Launchpad doesn't know of any distribution packages that include upstream Emesene. You can help by linking them for us."
But it links to https:/
But it should link to a +distropkg or something like that, but not to an Ubuntu page.
Or at least, the message should read "Launchpad doesn't know of any Ubuntu package...".
Although the first should be preferred, since there are more distros using Launchpad.

This fix was released very recently though a secondary change. The UI now makes the link for you, there is no need to ask the user to perform a second task.

The reason we chose to link to +ubuntupkg was that the other page wasn't available to everyone.
