Can't search for bug by keyword within Ubuntu Touch project

Suppose I've lost Bug #1508817 and I want to find it. I just remember this is something to do with IMAP connection on Ubuntu Touch. I can't remember which package it's in. So I search for "ubuntu touch imap":

It's not there. OK, search for bugs relating to IMAP:

1 → 75 of 702 results, most of which are nothing to do with Ubuntu Touch.

What I really want to do is search for a keyword within the Ubuntu Touch ecosystem as a whole. Almost as good, search for a keyword within the Ubuntu core project components.

Because at the moment when I want to submit a bug I have no checking if it already exists. And if there's a high chance my bug will immediately be closed as a duplicate, I don't want to invest effort in writing it clearly.
