Bug Description
You should host these fonts on launchpad itself rather than relying on Google. You want Chinese users to be able to submit bug reports, right?

I'm surprised that this results in a failure rather than just falling back to one of the other fonts we specify, but self-hosting seems like a good idea anyway.
