Bug Description
I'd like to propose the ability to add a subset of "safe" formatting to answers, perhaps using basic Wiki syntax or automatic formatting.
In particular, I'd like to be able to inline an image. Screenshots and other graphics are useful when providing answers and may prove valuable if an answer is interesting enough to make it into a FAQ item.
This would also require attachmente capability ( see Bug #151682 ).
Bug #30002 has a valid comment about problems this may introduce for emails when converting, however I believe very basic formatting can still be supported without significantly affecting email functionality.
