Bug Description
I try to translate projects to my national language, and I find it usefull to see if there are new projects in projects/list all projects site. but as I look there, there are many fake projects with unrelevant texts and mostly created in my opinion as a form of spam. They are created by users with their usernames consisting of different mixed letters and numbers which I suppose to be also fake accounts made by robots and or spammers. Is there any chance to make this less spammer friendly?
For me as GPG user that was great to make next step in encrypted email so maybe this would be solution for account approval: the need of gpg key? I know that not every one uses it but real users which want to seriously use lauchpad as I think know what GnuPG is and they can do this for themselves.
Another solution could be some IQ needing form sth like mathematic phrase: 14*3 = ?? which robots rather won't resolve at this time.
Solution for me sould be rather userfriendly and both of mine proposals for me are. If you don't agree please file your proposals. No matter what implementation would be, I think that there must be some antispam work done in launchpad
