"Page not found error", when someone updated the bug, while you were editing

Bug Description
I was editing bug 148781 (assigning a package and setting status to "Incomplete"), but when submitting the form I've received "Error: Page not found".
It appears that the cause for this is that somebody else has edited the bug in the meantime (added package information).
The error itself is very confusing and there should be message instead, that there are changes made by somebody else - ideally showing the differences and providing an easy way to merge/apply your changes to it.
