Bug Description
We have a lot of files in Failed status in our translation import queue. We do that so that we can detect problems and fix the uploaded file easily.
The problem is that there are many entries that never get fixed and thus, those files rest in the queue for ever.
We should change its status from Failed to Deleted after 30 days in the queue (or after an agreed elapsed time once last time we tried to import it)

Am also adding code to delete entries for obsolete distroseries, and cleaning up the code.
