Bug Description

Currently, 'go get launchpad.net/project' works because of special support in the Go tool that knows how to process launchpad projects. But it assumes bzr; it would be more flexible if Launchpad put <meta> tags on the relevant pages to redirect the go tool to the appropriate bzr or git URL, as documented at https://golang.org/cmd/go/#hdr-Remote_import_paths (and the special casing deleted in the go tool, but I can do that bit :-).
