Bug Description
distcc was previously not using launchpad for its official upstream bug tracker, but I wanted to make it do so. I went to file a new bug on the project; launchpad refuses and says that I can either file a bug on the ubuntu package, or send mail to <email address hidden>. I got no reply to mail to that address so I filed https:/
The "can't file a bug here" page should be updated to explain that the project registrant (or whoever) can change this. Also maybe people should ask a question rather than sending mail?
