Source package +translate page asks me to log in even if I already have

Bug Description

Heading over to https://translations.launchpad.net/<distro>/<distroseries>/+sources/<distrosourcepackage>/+translate (as linked to by Ubuntu's launchpadintegration) always says the following:

To start, get a Launchpad account if you don’t already have one. Then choose a language below, and start translating. It’s that easy.

I already am logged in. It might also be sane to inform users about bug #43263 here, rather than just saying there are no translatable templates.
