Bug Description
During a system upgrade from Ubuntu 6.10 to 7.0.4, various packages failed to upgrade.
When panels popped up asking if I wanted to report the problems, I clicked on "Report problem",
assuming it was sending the bug report.
A little later, a tab opened up in Firefox to some site called Launchpad wanting me to
login or register. At first I assumed it was some phishing site and ignored it. After clicking
on several "Report problem" popups, and more Launchpad login tabs opening, I realised
what was happening, and logged in, and submitted that bug report. I then clicked back
to one of the other login-before-
that warned me I was already logged in. It also greyed out the Back button in the browser,
and there is no way to proceed and submit the bug.
However if you fill in the login and password fields instead of hitting reload, it does *not*
warn you you're already logged in, and does let you proceed and submit the bug.
And if you click on "Report Problem" *after* you've logged in, you can proceed - but not if
you take too long investigating and filling out a bug report. Then it times out and you're
stopped from submitting the bug in yet another way.
