Bug Description

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/afflib/+bug/230350 ("Missing Debian Maintainer field") has a ridiculous number of linked branches due to having been used for a very generic bug affecting many packages which was then picked up by package-import. https://oops.canonical.com/oops/?oopsid=OOPS-381fea673f6954d8b31a2067fe65b94a shows 718 Branch queries and 84 BranchMergeProposal queries, so should be a textbook application of preloading.

It's not strictly the large number of linked branches, but rather the high stacking depth of each of them causing deep recursion in Branch.visibleByUser.
