Capitalization errors prevent Ubuntu code of conduct instructions from working

If you have registered an OpenPGP key, <https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct/1.0.1/+sign> provides you with instructions on signing UbuntuCodeOfConduct-1.0.1.txt. But the file it offers for download is UbuntuCodeofConduct-1.0.1.txt (with no capital "O"), so the instructions do not work.

https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct/1.0.1/+sign is the page in question. There are two instances on that page of the 'O' that should be an 'o'. (Or rename the text file that contains the code of conduct to have a capital 'O' instead of a small one)

Why isn't this fixed? It's been reported 5 times in one year and we just need to change a capital "O" into a minor "o". Give me the rights and I'll correct it.
