Bug Description
The "create milestone" dialog fails silently when milestone cannot be created.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to trunk series
- Click "create milestone"
- Enter a name that is already used by a milestone
- Click "create milestone".
> Nothing seems to happen.
> The error message saying "name is already taken" is displayed below the create milestone dialog, and one must close the create milestone dialog to see it.
> Would be sensible if the error message is immediately visible to avoid confusion.
